Natures Edge Construction Update

Construction Update – August 2015 – Full steam ahead!

Looking Good!

Natures Edge Construction UpdateIt is all systems go at Nature’s Edge this month, with tradesmen making the most of the sunshine to apply the finishing touches to several new homes ready for the arrival of homeowners.

Landscapers have been busy building garden beds, paving and planting the classic tropical gardens, creating low maintenance havens for the residents to enjoy.

Builders have also started construction on the final four house frames, render is being applied to the near-completed homes, as well as electrical and interior finishings installed.

“Seeing all the houses near completion is a wonderful thing, especially because you can now get a real feel for what it’s going to look like when all the construction is complete,” Nature’s Edge Sales Manager Lyn Morrison says.

There are three homes that remain for sale in the Dawn Release of Nature’s Edge.

The House With The View

Natures Edge Construction UpdateImagine waking up everyday to unrivaled rainforest at your bedroom window — it’s the view everyone is talking about and it has just come up for sale.

This specially designed home features unique bamboo flooring, has two bedrooms and multi-purpose room, a double lockup garage and private courtyard overlooking the rainforest.

The stylish layout is designed to add your personal touch, with Caesarstone benchtops, Optiwhite splashback and an impressive walk-in pantry.

Valued at $525,000, it’s the perfect home for someone who wants to indulge in a luxurious lifestyle with added privacy on both boundaries.

The Boulevard Has Begun

Natures Edge Construction UpdateCivil works on the long-awaited Boulevard are almost complete, with construction on the first of three homes set to begin at the end of the month. The three bedroom homes will feature a double lock-up garage, private courtyards and an idyllic layout to take full advantage of the afternoon sun.

Lyn says the Boulevard will be a welcome addition to Nature’s Edge.

“Often people don’t get to see the houses under construction because they have to drive a little way up the road to get to the first stage, but with the Boulevard being so close to the gated front entrance passersby will be able get a better idea of how the estate will look.”

The 13 homes will be located on elevated, north facing land with uninterrupted rainforest views and within easy walking distance to the planned $2 million Leisure Centre.

Construction On New Release

Natures Edge Construction UpdateEarth works are almost complete to make way for 45 new homes in Stage 1 of Nature’s Edge.

With the dirt removed and the ground ready for construction, sewage and water pipes will first be laid before construction on the homes begins at the end of September.

Lyn says seeing the land ready for new homes to be built is one of the most exciting developments this month.

“You can really start to see it take shape and visualise how it will look once everything is complete,” she says.

There is just one rainforest view site in this section left for sale.
