This month marks exactly one year since our first resident moved in to the Nature’s Edge village — and what a year it’s been!
Since starting on this incredible lifestyle village adventure, Nature’s Edge has constructed more than 18 homes, all of which are now occupied with residents who are enjoying the laidback lifestyle on offer.
Interest in our first stage of the development, The Dawn, proved to our visitors that Nature’s Edge is a standout when it comes to lifestyle living for the over 50s, with all our homes built to a five-star standard.
In mid-2015, we began work to expand our village to The Boulevard and The Rise, with work in these areas now in full swing and an incredible 15 homes under construction.
The Summit is our latest release, and our most elevated, with an aw-inspiring rock feature wall constructed at the eastern end of the development.
Although home construction work in The Summit is yet to begin, land has been pegged out and roads complete, ready for potential occupants to take a look.
Nature’s Edge Sales Manager Lyn Morrison says interest in the village has become so strong, the building teams are constructed several houses at once.
“As you can see from the work happening in The Rise and The Summit, we have many homes currently under construction and are busily working to see these homes complete for our new residents to move in,” Lyn said.
“We encourage anyone interested in Nature’s Edge to come out and take a look — it really is something to be proud of, as many of us residents happily tell us!”
One of the most excited revelations to date is the news of work has commenced on Stage Two of the master planned Nature’s Edge development.
The 45 new home sites will be built on elevated north-facing land to the west of the already bustling Nature’s Edge village.
Engineers from Nature’s Edge chosen firm, Covey Associates Pty Ltd, are finalising the bulk layouts for sewage, storm water and road designs this week. Civil work is expected to begin at the end of the Month, once the final plans have been approved this week.
The decision to move ahead with Stage Two of the village came as a result of the unprecedented sales within The Summit — the most elevated location of Nature’s Edge.
If you have been driving past Nature’s Edge and wondering, where are all the beautiful houses? It’s time you look past the tree line and book an appointment to view the site for yourself. This secluded village is not visible from the entry or sales office so if you wish to see what everyone is talking about make sure you call into the sales office and get a personalised tour.
