Construction Update – July 2015 – The Boulevard Is Coming!
July 17, 2015
In what is one of the most exciting developments on the Nature’s Edge construction calendar, two beautiful homes have now been filled and more residents are starting to move in.
Sheryl and Bob McVey, who are two of these new residents, say they have found their piece of paradise at Nature’s Edge.
“We really feel we’ve made a fantastic choice to purchase at Nature’s Edge. We did a lot of research and there’s not too many over 50’s resorts that we didn’t visit between Central Queensland and Central NSW over the past 18 months.”
“Nature’s Edge just felt so right for us and it ticked so many boxes in terms of value for money, location, access and lifestyle. Even the team at Nature’s Edge were amazing, they were very patient and nothing was too much of a problem.”
In other news, construction on several more homes in the Dawn Release are forging ahead, with sunny weather conditions aiding in the works advancement.
“Homes are progressing to program and we look forward to the influx of new residents as the homes reach completion in the months ahead,” says Nature’s Edge Sales Manager Lyn Morrison.
“We did have a small bout of rain, which did slow construction for a few days, but we are back on schedule with the work now looking towards completion.”
The Boulevard Is Coming!
An exciting new era in the construction of the Nature’s Edge village is The Boulevard, with works expected to start this month. The north-facing blocks will feature 13 environmentally sustainable homes, all built to take full advantage of the sun year round — as well as overlooking the unrivalled rainforest that has become a statement feature for Nature’s Edge.
Lyn says residents interested in purchasing a home along The Boulevard should take advantage of the incredible $15,000 discount offer, which will be doubled if the sale is unconditional before the end of September.
“This is an exclusive offer for homes placed along The Boulevard and is an excellent opportunity for those who have missed out on homes closer to the rainforest side of Nature’s Edge,” Lyn says. “There are many great advantages to living along The Boulevard, including closeness to The Leisure Center, public transport, shops and of course, the gated entrance.”
Get In Quick, One Rainforest Home Left
In other sale-related news, only one rainforest-facing site in Stage 1 remains available. The prime real estate is built at the end of a cul-de-sac and takes full view of the spectacular rainforest scenery, as well as offering immense privacy on both sides.
The two bedroom home features an additional recreation room, two-door garage, designer kitchen and admirable outdoor entertainment area.
“In my opinion, this is one of the best sites in the whole project just because of the location,” says Lyn. “The new owner can enjoy full privacy, with no neighbours on either side, as well as having a spectacular view of the rainforest — I’m sure, for these reasons alone, the property won’t be for sale for long.”
All the homes are environmentally sustainable with 8 star energy ratings including solar panels on each home. The most popular designs features 2 bedrooms + multipurpose room, 2 bathrooms and a DLUG, and are priced from just $445,000 in the popular Boulevard release and average $469,000 on a rainforest site.
