Construction update – March 2016

This is the time of year that the Sunshine Coast locals love – and with good reason. The sun is always shining, the temperature is blissfully warm and there is constant breeze flowing from the ocean, right to our doorsteps.

This is evident in The Rise, where several homes are nearing completion and ready for occupants to join the Nature’s Edge village.

Set alongside the rainforest, The Rise is one of the most sought after locations in the Nature’s Edge construction calendar – hence the vast amount of houses currently under construction.

The two-bedroom home located on Lot 35 will feature a patio and several rooms looking out over the tranquil rainforest surrounds, offering the benefits of additional privacy, shade and a cool breeze during the warmer summer months.

The beautiful Nature’s Edge home is almost complete and will be just one of many sites ready to move into in coming months.

Further up The Rise at The Summit, two more homes are under construction and foundation works have started to make way for more home sites.

“As Nature’s Edge continues to grow with more homes and facilities under construction, we’re really starting to see the community grow with it,” Nature’s Edge Sales Manager Lyn Morrison said.

“Some of our existing residents have been here from the very start and they have really contributed to that village feel that so many new Nature’s Edge homeowners enjoy.”

Earlier this month, Nature’s Edge welcomed its newest residents to three new homes at The Boulevard, located in proximity to the future $2 million leisure centre.

The spacious three-bedroom homes feature double lock-up garages, private courtyards and an idyllic layout to take full advantage of the northern sun and rainforest views.

“Between The Boulevard and The Dawn, a recycling centre and beautiful landscaped gardens will be installed in coming months – adding to the many unique features available to Nature’s Edge residents,” Lyn said.

“Our incredible new front gates have also been installed and connected to the new security pads in every Nature’s Edge home, providing the highest security assurance possible.”
