Construction Update – November 2015
November 17, 2015
It’s The Season To Build!
With Christmas just one month away, builders have been working around the clock to finish the next important stages of the Nature’s Edge development; ready for the New Year to arrive!
Nature’s Edge Sales Manager Lyn Morrison said there has been a great influx of enquiries and many more deposits have been paid.
“Word of mouth is spreading fast it seems as interested buyers booking in to view the development,” Lyn says.
“Many of the interested buyers have either heard of Nature’s Edge through the website or word of mouth, with couples travelling as far as Melbourne and NSW to inspect one of our beautiful display homes.”
Lyn says the quality of the homes, witnessing the superior construction take place and the community atmosphere already established at Nature’s Edge is proving to be the perfect selling tool for the development.
“The homes sell themselves because of the noticeable quality and finishings we pride ourselves on.”
Exterior cladding, tiles, internal fit-out and painting are nearing completion on the three homes constructed on The Boulevard this month.
Work on the three bedroom homes has moved at lightening speed thanks to some memorable weather conditions, which has enabled builders to meet their pre-Christmas deadlines.
Civil work on the remaining 10 blocks along the strip is underway and the concrete foundations are expected to be laid before the holiday season begins.
Lyn said construction on The Boulevard had created a welcoming environment for visitors to the site.
“It is nice to be able to show visitors the builders in action on some of our beautiful homes as they are being constructed, which is in contrast to taking them through a finished display home.”
All homes in the first stage of the Nature’s Edge development, The Dawn, have been sold, with more and more occupants taking up residency on site.
In addition to this, landscaping and streetlights have been installed, creating a welcoming streetscape, which is currently in full bloom as seasonal flowers spring to life.
The newest release of Stage 1 finally has a name – The Rise!
The befitting name gives visitors an idea of the living environments of this elevated release, which includes eye-catching retaining walls between each section and a three-metre-high feature wall on the far corner of the development.
Several homes are already under construction, with frames, concrete slabs and some internal walls already being built.
Lyn says construction is moving at speed, with the major framework expected to be complete before Christmas.
“It’s quite impressive to see the development of these homes each day – it is really making a noticeable difference already,” she says.
Driveways and internal roads are almost complete for The Rise development, as civil work continues on the far corner of the site.
If you have been driving past Nature’s Edge and wondering, where are all the beautiful houses? It’s time you look past the tree line and book an appointment to view the site for yourself. This secluded village is not visible from the entry or sales office so if you wish to see what everyone is talking about make sure you call into the sales office and get a personalised tour.
